you are using ad networks, not affiliate networks. They are two different things. Any idea what your demographic is for your site? male/female, age, etc.? Base your affiliate programs on that information.
If you don't have nothing against pop-under ads, then take a look at paypopup.com. They pay up to 1.8$ ppm. For India is 0.35$ per 1000 impressions. The other one is adversal.com, they pay up to 0.83$ for raw (not unique) ppm. For India is 0,21$ raw ppm. Also take a look at axill.in, they have ppm, ppl, pps,... and they pay 60% revshare.
try affiliateer.com they pay via paypal/check on Net 30 basis. They pay you for every signup you get for their advertisers. Generally you can make $1 per signup.

You have some good numbers there for traffic and if you know that most users are Male aged 15-45 I would look around for different affiliate programs that offer something for users in that demographic. Even if you only get say 10-20 leads/day. In my opinion, you are losing money right off the bat by using impression ads. AT this point there are hardly any that pay out a decent rate as you are well aware of. My game would be working on finding which offers convert for your users. There isn't a magic answer to it really, its just a matter of testing and testing even more. But after all the testing is done, hopefully you just have to worry about banking Search affiliate scout for ideas

Games sell well to that demographic. RegNow (not sure of link, you can google it.) has a ton of games with decent affiliate pay outs. What types of images do you host, if you don't mnid my asking.
Also, have you considered making it a free membership site? You can capture basic info (ie email addy, first name, offer a set of freebies to stay in the newsletter.)
