I do whey protein all day long and some days, if I remember I take my casein before bed. I like to supplement heavily. I took a scoop of NO Shotgun by VPX pre workout today and whoa, what a work out. Great pump! Haven't been gym for a while and the NO really kicked in. I can only hit 1 hour sessions at the moment before I'm done for, but a month ago I could do 2 hours easily. Need to get back into routine and start fully again. 4Kg away from my target weight before bulking! woo!

I do a lot of bench pressing with hundred weights and lifting with 56 lb weights aswell. Good arms but poor body strength
To be honest NO IDEA I basically eat high protein throughout the day, even in the middle of the night. I am an extremely easy gainer so I don't have to watch my cals too much on a bulk, cutting is a different story. Starting a cut actually, already down about 11 pounds in a week 'before' I even tried mostly water weight. Today however I am going to try to log my calorie intake. My breakfast was just over 200 calories including my amino acid pills and grape fruit juice I drank with my supps.
I'm a little guy 5'7 140lbs. I was up to 160 last year, was benching 315. Tore my shoulder labrum. Now I max 275 and weigh 140, but now I feel ridiculously skinny... I need more motivation. So then of course, I thought, "how can I monetize at the same time?" and I came up with Workout Songs lol... Still working on it... The best supplements I've used were AST Micronized Creatine, Higher Power Whey, and MAN Clout.
I still do plenty of weight training these days but praise the lord for protein shakes those four tins of tuna a day i used to consume played havoc with my taste buds.
wow for a nerd forum there shure is a lot of people exersicing in here. personally my work out hours is 3x2 hours every week. After every work out i drink a big protein drink. hopefully i can drop about 10 - 15 Kg over the next 6 - 8 months. my compagny just lanuched a fitness site that might be of some help for those of you that are interested. It contains lots of exercises, forum, gallery, nutrition system and is getting new functions all the time. My cut is working, w/o any cardio. Down 2 pounds from yesterdays weigh in. 267 Just about 2 weeks ago I weighed in a few times at 284 or so! Definitely tell the lack of cals from yesterday is hurting me though to an extent, my body is sore from my workout. Usually it wouldn't be. I however did a pretty extreme back workout, about 2 1/2-3 hours.
