I had launched a site 4 months ago, Its all pages are indexed in google, but they are not ranking anywhere. Can anyone help me. Jay
It depends what you mean by ranking. http://www.digpagerank.com will tell you your site's page rank which gives you an idea of how valued your site is. If you mean that you are not showing up in the SERPS (Search Enginee Results Pages) when you type in searches relevant to your site then this is also partly due to your page rank. You need to spend time building links to your site by exchanging links with sites that have similar content to your own, blogging and posting in forums like these.
it's really shocking me a guy with 2130 posts in DP is asking this question. Have you checked your site backlinks if not then plz check. Just go with this command : linkdomain:www.oldhindilyrics.com -site:www.oldhindilyrics.com. Then think you got ur answer or not. And have you checked your title tag i don't think this is gud title. Make it more sensible.................. I don't know on which theory you are expecting results........................ But u are very optimistic..................
It's really unbelievable for me that ur other sites getting gud rankings with this kind of title and back links. It's really hard to believe..................... You shud work on both ON Page SEO and Off Page SEO........................
You must do the onpage and offpage both in order for the improved position in web rankings. The title tag is not very useful. You must use the keywords which will be useful to you. Try this title: hindi songs Lyrics | bollywood Lyrics | Old Indian Movies Lyrics Use keyword tools to get more effective keywords. Use a good meta description also.
Ranking depends upon the number of quality back links, may be that your website do not have proper back links.Try to perform some tactics in the SEO,so that you can improve your back links as well as your ranking.
Properly attached your targeted keywords at your anchor texts then keep on building quality links. These might help your rankings
