    is it best for me not to completely change my forum location and add a homepage (forum is homepage at the minute) until the PR is done, my site is only 2 months old and has never been given a pagerank

    I got the same error. I will have to agree with most of the people on this board and say that these tools just do not work. The best way is to just build up backlinks and wait until the update actually happens.
