PHP hosting? uhh well almost all hosts supports php. The best host is the one that does not oversell and offers quality support. Just look for one offering php5.2.+
Mozzart is corect. Most hosts will support PHP, 5.x+ is better as well. I personally recommend LiquidWeb, because I've been with them for years and have been very satisfied. Between hostmonster and bluehost, neither are that great. if anything, go with dreamhost if you don't go with liquidweb. just my suggestions.
Well, if you are a cheap person go with dreamhost yea. Get some coupons (wait, i need to pull a shameless plug, i have coupons CONTACT! *coughs*) Anyway, if you want your site alive 24/7 use either steadfast.net asmallorange.com imountain.com (they only oversell bandwidth, but thats just fine, pretty good) liquidweb is very very reputable too good luck
I use both Hostgator and Hostingzoom, I find both to be very solid and stable with good customer service and excellent peer support in the user forums.
Never go with unlimited hosting if you want something reliable. Try using a host search site like http://www.webhostingstuff.com/ and get a host that falls within your budget & requirements. Good luck.
