Well, if you intend to sell anything and use paypal to receive money then you most definitely need a paypal premier or business account. If you only intend to buy through paypal then a personal account would do.

I use the Paypal Premier account and have had it for several years now with no problems. I've had it for a while and I can honestly say I have never had a problem. I deal mostly with providing services though, not products, so I have never had issues with stopped payments or frozen accounts that I hear people complain of.

Premier sounds better than business, i also provide services, so i might go with the premier account, have you also tried using the Paypal Debit Card? is that any good also?

The Business account is made for registered businesses or incorporated companies which want to set up a paypal account, the company must have a bank account under the company's name while the Premier account is for individuals or unregistered businesses who wants to receive money from sales through paypal.

So that mean premier account is the most suitable to me, as I do not own any bank account in my company name.

Yes most certainly, the premier account would be what you need.

PayPal allows one premier/business account and one personal account. Premier/Business is used to accept CC payments and if you're running a business under name of some registered company then go for business one else stick to premier. Fees is charged in both type of accounts (for receiving money).
