Its a standard email, they won't tell you anything specific Your best best now would be to send them an email, politely, asking what was wrong, keep in mind that google is a big company, you may have to send couple of email before a human replies on the other end. only do this if you know for sure you haven't done anything wrong, otherwise just look for other publishers

not sure why your account got banned, but i have seen those emails for people who got banned for not making much or hardly making any with adsense. how much you were making a month?
May be it is due to your content which was violating Google Adsense Policies or may be you are using other ads also.
I was recently banned as well. As far as I can tell it was people over clicking my ads. It was probably my girlfriend and her friends, as I over heard her talking about how much money she was making on it, like it was some kind of game. That was last week. I still have not heard anything from them, so I am probably out for good.
you know one fact adsense banned only those people who brokes TOS. i get banned for 3 times because i was doing wrong thing. after that i got a 4th account. with that i have never do a wrong thing even though the ip addreess is the same as old three i never get banned and i am receving check. last week i got a check. so be honest
Consider yourself a lucky guy, not many have a second chance and never heard of a fourth one like you do...
you should move on now as its pretty hard to come back again , try some adsense alternatives for your website
there are no adsense alternatives ATM if u used adsense all other alternatives seems sucks btw looking that link for alternatives which i can use along with adsense thanks
hi my 4th account is with other name so it is not against TOS for ex my first account is sss my second is yyy third is dddd so i never breaks TOS
