Need some advice - Do text based games...

If possible can someone tell me if text based games make a large amount of money, e.g. $500 a week? If so, could someone possible give me some ideas for some games?

It's not the games that make $, it's companies who are marketing them.

Wow, out of interest what is the game about, what does it include (except drugs) do you start as a no one then do you buy stuff and then get better weapons etc?
