Exactly. It just means Australia is the most buff country Quote: "You want to f*ck with me? Your a f*cking choir boy compared to me."
I'd go to mickey d's right now to help the cause but they close down the milk shake machine overnight.
I think those are little messican kids, and that reminds me, Mexico is up there too being one of the fattest countries.
The problem is with the unequal distribution of wealth among different countries. If you have excess food, don't over consume it. Give it to someone who is in dire need of it. To care is to share
Well health trainers, many nationalists and even doctors agree BMI 'which I believe is a government determined # I could be wrong' is not extremely accurate. Body fat is the best method, but of course not as easy. True, I could be. When I was in the mid 220 area I was not nearly as strong as I am now, yet my family was worried because I was so skinny. My ribs were poking through damn near like a malnutrition picture you see from Africa.
We have a saying down here in the deep South. If you stand up straight and look down and you can't see your private parts without bending over, you are too fat. That doesnt apply to women with a large bra size.
with all this food crises issues I don't think fatness will be a problem for any nation sooneat as much as you can, because we don't know what future will bring to us
BMI is inaccurate for body builders but saying it is inaccurate is a falicy, it is a surprisingly good way of measuring the health easily and quickly of a general person.
Of a 'general' person, yet those who do not fit into 'general' and do not body build are lead to believe they are over weight, many times causing eating disorders. Even without body building I am considered well over the weight limit when BMI is taken into consideration. It might work for some of the population, not all, not even just 'body builders'
Really surprising, because Aussies have this reputation of being a very sporty nation. But then they also love their food and drink, specially BEER!
