I don't know if anyone from CJ read this thread. I wouldn't risk my CJ/Ebay account. There are many ways to make money from CJ without cheating.
All you have to do is read this thread on the EPN Discussion Board to realize how risky this strategem has become: http://forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=2000568410&tstart=0 Read the entire thread and pay attention to the EPN response.
And you can read a real experience with the DealWorx scam http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=7466886&postcount=56 I did not post it just to be an ass...
It serves them right???? You have to be kidding.....you are basically condoning DealWork scam / con game. I believe the DealWork business is at fault for lying and deception.... If it serves them right... then I would have to worry for anyone who clicks your sig links and wants to do business with you.....
"Serves You Right" = You deserved to get your account banned. I have no sympathy for those stupid enough to use this "service". It undermines the hard work of every single hard working honest affiliate on the EPN network.
So anyone who approaches what they feel is a legitimate business, and ends up getting ripped off ....deserves it? So I could expect the same treatment then if I used the service in your links?? Basically its okay by you for businesses to con and scam people?
Can you read? Yes, they do. Explicitly breaking the TOS that they agreed to when they signed up is grounds for account termination. So again, I have no sympathy for them. We are all (I hope) adults. Most adults read terms that they are agreeing to. I'm saying it's NOT OKkay to scam anyone. Of course not. That's the whole point. If you're feeding these crooks, you're just as bad. What this has to do with my business is completely irrelevant.
No....amazing that I can respond to you intelligently while being 100% illiterate..(doesnt say much for your intellect. DealWorx does not say they will scam anyone or their service is illegitimate. Lead generation is a legitimate business. Maybe if you do some research online you would find there are lead generating services that are within E-bay TOS..... You are not saying it straight forward of course, but by saying someone deserves to be ripped off by a company that does a good job pretending they are legitimate.....you are condoning the scam... And saying people deserve to be ripped off of course lends to the implication you might do the same to some undeserving person who feels you are legitimate....... The question now is can you read what you wrote, and understand the ramifications??
Hey ! I think you are being a little harsh towards cianuro. It is obvious he does not condone either Dealworx or those who buy their services. Obviously it is a good thing if people who try to scam the system are removed from the system. I don't know why you are carrying on or know what the point is that you are trying to put across but it certainly is a little hostile I would have to say. Lets try and have a nice day and earn some legitimate money
Wait he slams someone for being ripped off by Dealworx and I am harsh?? Or He tosses this insult at me....and I am being harsh??? I think one of us a bit daft......
It's not harsh, nor is it considered a personal attack... It is fact, and in some cases held within a rhetorical phrase. The comment "Can you read?" after having supplied completely valid arguments, which have then in a counter motion been dished onto the second of the two plates, is however a harsh attack which lacks reasoning. I'm turning thirteen in two hours. I read the TOS of which I am agreeing to, in most cases. As for my experience with DealWorx (early days), it was fine... because I was working with the less-observant Commission Junction... DealWorx never prompted that they were offering an illegitimate service. In fact, they prompted the opposite. Their sales pitching techniques implied that they owned a large network of high-earning websites/campaigns, and were offering the service simply to receive a daily income alongside their, large return, monthly income. I hope I didn't say a word too many. Peace.
Come on guy! You really have to be kidding me. If DealWorx could legitimately produce leads WHY would they need to sell them to your for $12.50? If these were real leads they would simply push them through ePN like affiliates are meant to do. Did you really and honestly believe that you could "double your investment" AND that the program was legit?
The reason that they stated, which could have been legitimate, was that they wanted to earn a daily income to supplement their monthly income.
Good question. But you're wrong in your assessment. See like many others you are promoting an affiliate link, which means you feel you can earn an income by promoting an advertisers product or service, and in which doing so, you are competing with the advertiser. Why should the advertiser pay you to market their products? when in your analogy Dealwork would not want to sell leads to others or let others make money??? Why should any advertiser want to pay others to sell their products?? No I was looking to be deceived conned and lied to.
