I used to bodybuild, did it for years and got quite big. Trouble is its a way of life and not just a hobby.
I am 84 years old and have recently started training with tubes. I find this is best for someone my age. I train 6 days a week and have been on the program for 7 weeks. I have noticed some improvement. I also walk 30 minutes a day, do push-ups, and abs exercises.
#1 Congrats, hope you not only enjoy it but that it helps you feel better. #2 Tubes? There are several individuals at my gym I talk to roughly your age, maybe a bit younger, not totally sure on their age. However they love what lifting has done for them, claim it makes them feel much younger and all along healthier
no offense, but yous gotta be the oldest dude on digitalpoint lol. But major props to ya, keep the hard work up!
I run into my uncle at the gym all the time... He's 70. He had a knee replacement done last winter and now he lifts weights to keep his legs strong.
So does everyone mostly supplement with whey protein here or casien before bed? Does anyone use hemp protein? Im pretty interested in the health profile of this one, looks amazing, full EAA's, Omega 3 and trace vits and minerals.
Lately a supplement with standard food before bed Hemp is supposed to be good, damn expensive though. Just came back from a 3+ hour chest workout, totally spent. Would have went longer but figured I better quit while I was ahead.
