Long story short.. I am running CJ on a mix of sites, as of today over 320,000 impressions and only 164 clicks.. NO sales. This is over about a 3 month period on about 10 different sites. I have been reading and studying everything I can find. I have good placement I think and my ads are targeted to my audience but I am just not getting the clicks and mainly the conversions I am seeking. Is there anyone that offers advice, counseling, coaching or whatever you may call it for a fee or otherwise that can maybe point out some things I can change to improve my clicks? I know traffic is a big factor and the more traffic you have the more potential customers. I am getting some traffic on one of the sites 150-250 uniques a day (first one in my sig), the others are so-so (50-100 visits a day). I am still promoting them. Thanks!
You need to check from where visitors are coming, 320k impressions and only 164 clicks is big issue, frankly to say main issue why some people earn with CJ and others - not. Deal it and you will be fine, only targeted traffic helps, all other is total BS. Ads maybe targeted to audience, but visitors not that audience
I bet you are talking here about banners on your sites? I have had extremely poor experience with banners. Text links in good relevant content is what I suggest you try.
Thanks, I will contact you. And I have tried text link ads as well with no success.. I am running mostly a mix of smaller banners right now.
I think we should make one full page about the product we want to promote. that way, our customer will interested to know more and buy that product
I like it but there is a huge blank space in the header area. I would put something there like product links orwhatever. Concentrate on adding as much unique content to your site as possible.
I agree that product review pages get more clicks than just text ads or banners alone. If a visitor has you telling him that you've used the product and that it has x number of benefits, they are more likely to click and more likely to buy.
I use data feeds so that visitors can choose from a selection of items of the same type on one page. I would say that with all those impressions and not so many clicks your visitors are not interested in what you have to offer. You need to look at the page and work out why the ads aren't tempting the visitors to click. Do they need to know more about the products? Are they looking for a particular product or a selection of products?
