$100 per day project... I need partners and input..

I am considering launching a project where an amount of sites are created (100 or so), and my aim is to get each of these sites to earn about $1 or so per day. Less sites with more earnings would be the preferred method. This would most likely be done using adsense. I would be the one paying for the domains/hosting, though I need help in two areas.

1. I need somebody that can handle the technical aspects of the sites such as acquiring and placing the content on the sites as well as picking out the templates and adding content if needed. No proxies or warez, or anything illegal for that matter.
   
   
2. I need help from somebody who can promote the sites and use SEO very effictively. To keep costs down, marketing methods must be free and not paid for.

I would be willing to pay each person 20% of the revenue from this project for the 2 or 3 months that we would be working on this.. From then on, we can either part ways or expand and make more sites.

Last time I expressed interest in this, I got offers for people willing to work for a smaller percentage of the earnings then I mentioned, though I found that they were not as skilled. With this said, I will obviously be interested in people that are willing to do the work for less then 20% of the revenue, but I am most concerned with finding somebody who is skilled in either of the areas I mentioned. I would be intrested to help you, With coding and marketing. I code in PHP, Perl and HTML, Though I do know other languages, I like to stick to what I know, that way I know I am doing my best.

With SEO I could help you alot, and my methods are not expensive at all,But they are very effective, I would like to ask, would this be a server hosted project?, as this is alot of sites.
