    this is a question for all expert and non SEOs.
    According to you why is this site ranking 4th
    on G with keyword "lighting" on 198000000 results ?
    Might they be cloaking the page?

    I am seeing PR update in my site and blog. On last Saturday my site pr was 2 now on Monday this is 4. Blog PR updated from 0 to 3 :)
