    hello


    any possible legal issues
    my forum its have users posting movie links from sites like youtube

    i have been working on this on serps etc making good money spent good as well


    After reading about torrentspy im a bit afriad it it still good to run a movies forums or investing more

    Yes, you could be sued. Research cases that involve "Contributory infringement" for sites that only posted links and didn't host the infringing material.

    You can still be sued even if your site is offshore. If you are just linking to the occasional movie clip from youtube it's unlikely anyone will sue you over it. If you are posting links to full length movies though you are more of a target. If you want to keep it legit you can just link to videos from Hulu, they have a pretty decent selection.

    Yes. Even linking to websites hosting illegal movies or teleserials or anything for that matter which infringe the copyright is a considered to be illegal. Be careful while doing this.

    Also would like to let you know. Recently a friend had received a notice from T-Series India asking for a compesation of Rs. 1 Crore because he had links and videos hosted on his site of T-Series.

    If you are from india, stay away from this.
