Website Development, in U.S., No Deposit Watch as Work is Done on "Virtual Desktop"

I am a web development project manager, my method of web project development differs from a freelance developer or web design firm:

    - All development is done on what is known as a "cloud computing" environment, this is a server that is hosted by Amazon.com which allows me to actually run a Linux desktop on the server, this way you can login to watch as work is being done using remote access and I can have my contractor programmers / designers work on the project under my direction (I can see everything that is being done and instruct them), there is no ambiguity as to how long things or taking or what is being done at what time -- you can see everything and I save screen shots taken at 5 second intervals so you can later review all work.

    - We can arrange payment as work progresses, you can download all work that has been done from the servers at the time of each payment.

    - I don't currently have much in the way of websites that I can show you as most of my project management has been done for web sites funded by angel investors and this is confidential, however I won't require any upfront payment to begin work, as long as I can be assured that you are serious about the project than I can have work begun on my servers with you making payments as work progresses. One site that I can show you is http://telecommutereview.com, this is a rather simple Drupal site that is owned by me, it is currently "on hold" until I find an investor to back the project.

If this sounds good to you, please contact me by emailing me or contact me on LinkedIn:

Very interesting, send me a code sample and I will keep you in mind for future outsourcing. Tell me a lil about yourself too, nothing too personal though.

I'm running this as a business, contact me and I can talk about the service with you (why do you want to know about myself?)

I'd say probably because you have no itrader. Nice way tho, letting customers see the work as it's being done. Altho a pretty good way for some new guy to find out how to get a nice work flow for his own company ;)
