I am from south india and I may not be able to come to the meet even though I wish to. Just my ideas.. - Make power point and present something of value to others - Exchange cards and brochures - Someone take responsibility, collect reg fees like Rs.100 - 500 and arrange a hall, snacks and refreshments. - You can also form something like MUMBAI IM Club, and each one be the president of each year. Sounds good?
That's great. Any one from Mumbai with enterprising capabilities can take the lead and organize the meet. Before that all Mumbaikars have to be identified from the dp and further course of action has to be charted out. My best wishes for the meet.

Well, I am from Mumbai too. It would be a very nice idea if we all of us come together an share our views on various projects based on our talents. All of us could pool in some money to officially meet at a small venue. But before that we all have to do our homework. Each one of us have to decide about what exactly we will be discussing about. We could make someone responsible to be the main contact point who will be organising this event. In the mean time all the members who would be interested to come for the event can send an email to the decided member (common contact point), stating that they are interested and also they must email the person about things that they are looking out for in this meeting.I mean, each one of us should mention their talents towards earning money.May be some day, we could all come together and participate on a common platform with a working business plan.
