I need some directories that accept non-english sites, with at least non-english title allowed. Free directories would be fine

if it is for european languages you can submit at the specific language/category/country of my european directory.

 

The one in my avatar does in Regional, if you submit anything then the title and description need to be in the language of the website your submitting.

My question is, how would people be able to review sites not written in their own language? Use Google translation perhaps?

 

I'm Welsh and can easily review Welsh, certainly better than Google can but that's just one language, what of the dozens of others.
