i know in this case it does look like its her religeon and beleifs why she has wot she has on, but i also saw somebody in the sea not so long ago who was totally covered head to toe, and it was because they could not be exposed to sun rays & UV Rays or they would get 3rd degree burns. there is a medical condition which some people have as to why they need to be totally covered.

as i say in this case you can quite clearly see its down to her choice that she is covered up like that.
