Best way to move from PR3 to PR4?

    Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and look forward to contributing to it.

    I have a PR3 travel website and I would like to move it to PR4. Does anyone happen to have a PR5 or so travel website where I can purchase a link? Also, i need someone who can optimize my titles and descriptions. Where can I find such person and how much do they usually charge?

    pr is based solely on backlinks.. so the obvious answer to be would be to build more backlinks ;)

    hi!!! i have pr2 social networking site but yet i didnt start to build backlinks but i did directory submission then article then post blog and post into forums..... so wht wil be the future pr for my site?? pls tell any suggestion........
