!!**FOR SALE**!!: 4 years OLD! PR1 website GENERATING OVER 500$/MONTH! From EPN!

Hello everyone again!

I am looking to sell my website: http://tinyurl.com/5rl8x5 IT IS A PR1!! almost 4 years old!!

This site is generating me over 500$ per month from EPN (Ebay partner Network), and around 20 to 30$ in adsense (no proof for adsense as I did not make a channel, but I am sure it is making those numbers) and tiny amount from shopping ads (nothing of a big deal to even consider, so no proof or screen shots).

The site cost around 80 to 125$ in ADWORDS fees (per month), which makes me around 440$ to 400$ per month IN PROFIT!

There are many pages that need to be fixed ( if you click on the sidebars). You must take care of fixing them, as I did not have time to do it lately (site crashed and I had to reupload it during the beginning of June, and I did not save the files that I had fixed at first).

I have only been advertising it and monetizing it for the last 3 month, which is why I posted the proof for 3 month. There was no revenue before, as I had it on hold and was not doing anything with it.

I am selling it because I have been trying to lunch a new business, that needed me to invest quiet a bit, and I need money right away, and cannot wait until i cash out all the funds needed. I should of thought of it before.. but as usual.. I didnt hehe.​

No one is probably interested probably because western union is #1 choice form of payment for scammers on the web... you might want to rethink the payment methods. Aswell this looks like a simple BANS website that still will need some work as you mentioned in updating the categories. It has no organic traffic so whats stopping someone from buying BANS for $100 bucks and a good designer $300 and having the whole thing done up with a nice profesional design for $400 bucks. Your actual started bid might I add ...Not flaming just wondering if you can justify your $5k BIN.

First of all, Maybe WesternUnion is for scammers on the net, but as you check my feedback here on DP, I got 95 ITRADERS 100%. I got over 1000 posts, and I have been here for over 1 year now. I think Paypal more than WesternUnion is, as when you sell a site and get chargedback the money, that sucks big time. And I am sure you can understand that.
What other ways do you suggest me, to accept funds and not be scammed?

It might look like a simple bans site, and that needs a bit of fixing, though, that isnt a big deal. Anyone can fix this for less than 20 bucks. I just dont have time to deal with that at this time.

As for you saying that it has no organic traffic and talking about traffic, I remind you that this is not a FORUM, Blog or informative site, for it to require traffic in order to be of a higher value. This is a site with a great niche, for making money via affiliate programs, just as I am doing. Do not get me wrong, i am not attacking you, but this site has a lot of potential.

Lastly, about my "over priced" issue you are talking about. I posted proof that the site is making over 500$ in revenue, and 400$ in profit a month. How can you call it overpriced? And how do you want to lower the starting bid more than this?
Price of sites = profit multiplied by 10 to 18 times. Which makes my site priced very well.

I would suggest selling it through sedo or godaddy, that way it's much harder to get scammed both ways. Also, from my point of view, it's a bit hypocritical of you to quote your own iTrader rating when you say "NO MATTER HOW MUCH FEEDBACK YOU MAY HAVE, ITS WESTERNUION OR WIRE TRANSFER! ".

P.S. I'd bid $400, but I wont pay through WU because I don't know how (is that a US bank or something?) and I certainly wont directly wire money into a stranger's bank account.

 

How about Escrow?

If it's really this easy and you've identified it as something that needs to be fixed, why not do it before selling it? Why risk getting less for the site over a $20 fix?

I'd comment on the other points but I never read the original post because of the huge text telling me I'd have to wire you the money with no way to cover my own ass - with so many payment strategies that can cover both the seller and buyer a demand like this will set off anybodies scam alarm.

Oh thats an idea. I did not think of it at the time as I never used it before, so it did not cross my mind.

Couple of things. #1 Most of the links on the site is not showing any results from ebay and #2, why block out impressions, clicks and earnings on the screenshot, what are you trying to hide? Doesn't make any sense.

 

Does that bother in anyway the way this sale should go?
I blocked out the info because I know in adsense, it is against their TOS to show such info, and I do not have any single idea if its against tos in EPN or not, so I blocked them, so I do not get in trouble and get it locked, and i dont feel like checking the TOS and such.

Before you jump to silly conclusions, think, ask, then run your mouth. Running your mouth without thinking = your last post.

Just my 2 cents worth; I think there are some people who would not buy from a seller that refers to a potential buyer (or poster) as running their mouth. Sellers exercising respect often sell the most.

 

Honestly,
between all those who gave me their comments, have you seen anyone that you consider as a potential buyer? or you consider them more as people who want to ruin the sale?
I respect your message, and I take it into consideration. Maybe I should have behaved better. But people be posting so much BS to ruin the sale, that it gets over me.
