MOvie download portal hosting

Few days back, one of my clients asked to design a layout for a site which has all movies download links with tags , subscription and all.... from lets say 10 languages ...hollywood , bollywood etc...

but these are only links from external sources like rapidshare , megaupload and sendspace...etc and does not host single file except the code and design

Is this legal...? he asked me if i can find a perfect host to do so..

I need to know all the details , all hosting providers here , can you please tell me a siolution for a cost effective hosting for such sites...

he told he has a budget upto $200 a year with some high bandwidth per month and also a option to purchase more if utilised.

but he is asking for higher bandwidth say 1000Gb+ with only 10gb space.

 

Then if he wants that much bandwidth he would need to spend about 80 a month.

maybe you will find a host offers you 1000GB bw here (overselled)
if he really need 1000GB+ bw he need a dedicated servers.

no one can allow that. or if you want i can provide an account with unmetered 2mbps bw for 20$ usd month.

or check with your client if he want realistic bw how he can spend 1000Gb bw in one month only with linking anyway..

regarding bandwidth , though he will not be hosting any files , the design is highly graphic , so as per my guess one visitor eatsup 3-10mb .... and for 1000gb , 70k - 90k visitors will do...ofcourse that many visitors is not possible, but as it is a free movie download site , he cant say anything.. may be he will take a dedicated server after seeing the BW utilisation
