paypal issue

    hello guys!! one guy paid today me for some service!!!

    but i found out tht the paypal account he used to pay me was phished or hacked one!!--

    will i have to suffer its consequencies!! all will i have a problem in future--if yeess what should i do for it--please help!!

    Did the owner of the hacked paypal issue a chargeback? Most likely the guy got hit by a keylogger and has all his accounts. You most likely will have to issue the money back is probably all.

    Well even I had faced a similar situation :(
    And paypal had asked me to comment on the dispute. I didnt reply to it. And after few days there was a reversal of the amount and everything was back to normal !! So dont worry..

    You find it? No problem. PayPal finds it? They will take away the funds and will put them on hold.

    Other than this, I don't think there will be any problem in future unless this keeps repeating regularly.
