    Hi everyone,

My name is Jimmy and I have a personal blog sponsored by EpicLayer Hosting.
2 Days ago, the server down suddenly without any noticfication or warning.
Although I didn't pay for the hosting, I am still very disappointed with their customers services.
I tried to contact them via MSN and PM (EL-Marcus) and I got no respond.
I am not hoping for hosting with them as I know they are not respond to that.
All I want is my data, it is so important to me and I didn't have any backup.
They claim that they did backup everyday and I hope this is true.

On the other hand, I would like to ask for another sponsor hosting,
my require is 5GB space with 50GB bandwidth, and that's it.
Cpanel will be good for me and it must have fast connection all over the world.
If any of you are willing to sponsor my blog, I am happy to create a page of recommendation for your hosting company in my blog.
My blog is growing faster then what I expect, there are about 100 unique ip visiting everyday.

    Thanks

    * Please provide a test file for me to test the speed, thanks!

    Jimmy

    Hello,

You say 2 different things here.
    1) - Your backup is important to you
    2) - You havent local backups!

That are 2 very different things.

You must have local backups, always, even if your host does these aswell(if it does)

    Regards

Well you should have taken backups ... thats your mistake.

Your data is very important to you ? But you don't want to spend a cent in getting a proper host or a backup service?

    Not so important overall eh?

Please read before you post. I see that he had already taken back up but as he is on the move, he doesn't have access to that at this time. Also please do not mention whether to go for one host or not. I see you have not mentioned any name in particular but i am just making a point in general like you have made as there are people who can pin point you saying you started hosting from 19th of last month and you commenting on 1 month hosts isn't something to boast upon. Also seeing your website looks like some quick work done from a template or done by a newbie. No offence meant to you or anyone . Good luck :)
