Hello all friends Hope you all are fine there im seeing that daily 6,7 New web hosting company comes at Dp and post their offer for web hosting , some of them even don't have site then also they are selling web hosting...what do you think guys is this industry was scrambled By n00bs... Because i think these guys comes with 1$ hosting and stay for 1 Month and then close their hosting i have been seeing that 80% of such hosting companies wont last for even a Month , but its just Disturbing whole web hosting Industry and quality.
Well .. most hosts dont even have experience of server administration.. they start making unlimited hosting for 1$. Thats bad ..its pure scam.
Also alot of companies come daily, which oversell and at last makes problems for users laters, Like you're doing No Offense.
most of these new hosts only get like around 5-10 customers. That's why they shut down after 1-3 months. I can't lie i oversell. Without overselling you wont get any business. Though at least I am not a reseller and i put hard work and dedication to my services unlike most hosts.

I will buy one account for storing backups, I have like 100 * 600 MB backup files, not warez Will you suspend BTW, we din ran away, we were ddosed which resulted in hdd crash.. I agree there is no business without overselling but overselling should also be done in the sense that it looks normal..

Buyers power are strong in that there are too many to buy from, web hosting companies position are weak because of low barriers to this industry. It is extremely tough industry. Best approach in this sense is to find your own locality, maybe your neighborhood or city and be the dominant host there or be a specialized host for eg domino hosting etc. These are making good money. General hosting market is nearly dead due to the extreme competition.

Actually not all high bandwidth and spaces offers are overselling I offer lots of space & bandwidth but im not overselling my clients can use all of their space and bandwidth I offer large space cuz i have 1000GB hard drives and i offer huge bandwidth cuz i'm on 1Gbps shared unmetered connection and i'm proud that i have 0 downtime til now the price is low that's why i'm not making to much but its ok im planing to make much in the future not right now
