No he is certainly not a scammer, simply throw a ticket rather than PMing him as many of us people dont even check PMs regularly.

mate always first submit ticket.. and try to send email to support.. information should be in your setup email or in billing area.. wait for at least 1 or 2 days.. dont post directly on forums
macglobin, nothing against you but i just saw your other thread which was closed recently where you discovered some security issue or made a hack attempt or whatever and made a stuff there and now you are talking about NetX Glad you mentioned in the first post, that you want it solved but did you email the support ? Usually all the emails to that inbox should be piped in to their Support Desk and you should receive a confirmation. I am sure Cameron would reply to you soon. there not the place to go for vps. It took 9 days for my vps to be setup and all they give me 30% of next month and i have the cheapest plan they have

I guess he doesn't want support Yep 9 days? 30% off? If it's 9 days, then it kind of goes against our TOS... You should get a refund, not anything else. Also it's 50% off, not 30%.
