SliceUrl for sale​

SliceUrl a URL shortening service similar to TinyUrl. Users can register their URLs which are likely to be wrapped or cut off in postings/emails or otherwise unhandy and get back a very short URL which will redirect all its visitors to the original page.

Additional to the well known path-style shortening (http://sliceurl.com/SHORTCUT) SliceUrl also support shortcut domains (http://SHORTCUT.sliceurl.com). This feature can be globally as well as individually for each registered URL enabled and disabled. Apart from the, by default, randomly generated shortcut names SliceUrl also allows custom names to be chosen.

Furthermore SliceUrl allows you to display a brief loading page before the actual redirection, showing any information or advertisement you wish. Like domain support this can be enabled and disabled as well globally and individually.

SliceUrl is not based on any turnkey script but is backed by a truly unique and genuine code base.​

The auction's winner will receive the following package

• the domain sliceurl.net (registered at Moniker until 20th September 2008)
• the full and exclusive rights for the site's code
• the theme along with all images
• a most recent dump of the site's database

To take ownership of the domains you can either get a push at no costs to your account at the respective registrar or initiate a regular domain transfer to the registrar of your choice.
