Definately not. It's in my interest to create profitable campaigns to create a long term business relationship. People choose me because they want a guaranteed positive return on investment.
It's not in your interest to create profitable campaigns because you get your cut from the campaign and not the profits. I am interested if you would charge 25 % of my profits. I would give you full access to my CB account via remote software so you can see for yourself any profits. Interested ?

It all depends on the profit margins of the product. A return of 200% or more is common for physical goods but remember that one you have the customer you can remarket to them for free.
