My paypal account is limited and i was trying to resolve the the limitation.

    i submitted the documents..

    i got this email:

We understand risk is inherent in doing business. However, as of right now, we're not comfortable with the amount of risk your business is exposed to.

With that in mind, we'd to end our business relationship while minimizing disruption to your business.

I went back to the resolution center..

i had only 2 options, to prove my name or to submit a photo id:

    i submitted a photo id,

after 2 days i got this:

We understand that your PayPal account may have been temporarily limited due to questions or concerns by our Account Review team. Thank you very much for your cooperation during this process. We are pleased that your account has now been reinstated.

    What does it mean?

    Thanks:)

That means it is no longer limited. Give it a few days to have that reflected on your account.

Don't know what happened with you but actually they send this types of survey email once your limited account has been reinstated.

Better you contact them through phone.

when i first got the denied appeal email, i went to my account, i found that i still can lift the limits by clicking the resolution center and by submitting some more documents, i had only 2 options photo id or proof of name, usually when denied appeal is action is taken, u cannot access the resolution center, the word resolution center will be changed to appeal denied. so i submitted my photo id, and after 2 days i got this.

    thanks mate

If the link in the message from EchoSurvey asks you to complete a survey then it is nothing but a survey. I got one too this morning because I had asked them to clarify something. I think you can even stop getting those if you deselect Customer Feedback Surveys under Notifications in your Paypal profile.

Maybe it is just an automated reply and has assumed your limits are removed after you submitted. I feel you better confirm it with Paypal or wait for a while till the limit is removed.

That's a request asking you to respond to the survey.

Probably the document you submitted has to be manually reviewed so it may take more time for your account to be reinstated

I would think that the survey would come about each time you communicate with Paypal. Each time they reply to my query, a survey would follow. I believe all they want is a feedback on their procedures and customer service.

Like I said earlier, it may take at least several days for your account to reflect the lifting of the limitation. It is not done in real time.
