Every Payment processor has their own terms of functioning, PayPal is for general use, If PayPal starts giving their services to adult and gambling sites, Most of the credit card companies would block the transactions from PayPal and hence you do not find Paypal as the mode of singup

    Why want some porn? :D

As long as you have a credit card there shouldn't be any issues with paying for porn.

Yes it is, porn sites use third party processors just like mainstream sites. CCBill in particular has been processing longer and more reliably than paypal has, just make sure you enter CC info on the ccbill or epoch domains.

PayPal has made some changes since the CEO at eBay changed. It used to cancel accounts that sold porn products, while taking payments for Adam & Eve. Double standard? Indeed. Now, they have decided to take payments for porn that you can touch. So, while the video you download is not acceptable at PayPal, the video that gets shipped to you on a disc is okay. Many sites say it's VISA that's screwing the porn industry. Even ccbill asks you to pay many hundreds US$ when sign up just to use VISA. How much of that actually goes to VISA only ccbill knows. ccbill, verotel, epoch, TicketEddy, etc. all do pretty much the same thing, to serve the digital industry. The paradigm has shifted. Playboy is losing money on the magazine. Pretty soon DVD will be out sold by digital download, if not already. If the service is the same, I look for place to save money, and 16% to me is a lot of money to save.

I am not promoting PayPal, but as I said, it does allow porn that you can touch now. Here is what I got from a recent inquiry with PayPal: "In general, adult physical items such as DVDs, magazines, and adult sex toys are allowed within the US. PayPal is mostly concerned with adult digital items."

In any event, when all else fails contact TicketEddy. If the business is legal and not misleading in anyway, TicketEddy will take payments for you.

My websites have all been blocked by paypal for the sale of video xxx. Today, I still sell xxx videos and I use paypal. It is now over a year since I sell videos with my system, which accepted the IPN and gives instant access. If you're interested in learning more, please let me know.

If you sell porn in DVD, like Adam & Eve does, then PayPal is happy to take your money.

But, if you sell porn in digital download, PayPal doesn't want that business. It's easy for someone to steal credit cards. When you ship a DVD, there is a physical address you can trace; but when it's just digital download, by the time you know the thief has hit, he's long gone.

Paypal banned porn. And for good reason. eBay is the parent and they are a public company. Most of the shares of eBay are held by institutional investors that are banned from owning shares in companies that sell porn.

So the big mystery is why would the Board of Directors decide to sell porn now? paypalporn.blogspot.com Only porn loving retail investors will be able to own shares following this decision. And they will probably vote out the existing Directors such as William Ford (Ford Motor Company), Marc Andreesen (Facebook), Kathleen Mitic (Special Olympics), etc. and vote in Larry Flynt and Hugh Hefner.

Paypal started selling porn in June, 2013.

Who knows what the Board of Directors of eBay are thinking. Seriously, it is hard to imagine why William Ford (Ford Motor Company), Marc Andreesen (Facebook) and Kathleen Mitic (Special Olympics) would vote in secret to sell porn through Paypal and reverse their ban.
