    Hey! I'm searching for Companies/Sellers who sell VCC/Gift Card and accept PayPal payments. Contact me or post here (or PM)

    INFO: I need this to load my Payoneer card. It requires verification. Don't sell cards that cannot get verified.

    why dont you just go to the bank in your country and get a real debit card to withdraw paypal instead of using the "virtual" one ?
