Use your yard and veranda to plant vegetables.

Do not feel shameful to cultivate your yard.

De not be shame to be vegetarian.

One day no meat for every week is still better than every day eat meat.

Now I do not plant big followers but I plant beans at my yard and veranda.

Frankly it is not a matter of shameful or not, vegetarian meals may be healthy, problem is I would have starved to death. I am a meat eater. Planting some veggies would be a good idea though, having more greenery and also those veggies can be consumable hopefully not by me though.

You wouldn't starve to death as a vegetarian.

There are plenty of alternatives to meat. :]

Planting vegetables is my everyday exercise. Good for body.

A good cultivated yard is still better than a famine.

That is how I got some more extra things.

BTW: beans include kinds of protein.

I'm going to make my own topsy turvy planter this week. They keep your vegies away from the slugs and rabbits:

Those are nothing more than an upside down tomato planting, use a 5 gallon bucket ;)

I've done them in the past.

I like the self watering reservoir at the top. It makes for easy plant care.
