    Well mate, i doubt that they want to keep your money, if you had been earning that much think of it this way, why would google stop you from publishing if you can earn consistently that much everymonth, because we earn money for google too, so they took this step just to keep things good for their advertisers, go through your websites or the new pages that you uploaded, something might be wrong somewhere-the only sad part is G never says why they ban someone, this is something which they need to review

    I'm getting scared reading about so many people getting banned just before the payday. I work so hard for my traffic and every penny I collect has a lot of work behind it. It would hurt really bad if I was banned just because they like doing that :(

    Yeah I know it sounds bad but I just keep seeing the same thing going over again on these threads, it's an observation, I have nothing against people from India. Maybe it's an education or culture issue, so many of them starting with adsense and web sites just don't seem to understand the concept of copyrights (I know from first hand experience), or at the very least replying to their own thread when you try to help them out instead of making a new one with the same question. It gets frustrating.

    I agree with you that developing countries do not know about copyright, but it is not just India but also Vietnam and the likes. But we need to be mindful that the laws we are accustomed to and taken for granted evolved over thousands of years for eg Common Laws since William the Conqueror. It takes hundreds of years of enforcement before it became part and parcel of life.

    India, Vietnam, Nigeria and the rest took to Internet by storm. In such countries you can buy a CD bundled with every single software for a few dollars. Hit movies are openly sold in pirated CD as well, therefore the concept of copyright ownership is not strong. I even encountered a Vietnam MNC director insisting to me that MS SQL is only a couple of dollars :)

    It may be true that a lot of Indians are flouting Adsense TOS, but this has more to do with current perception of copyrights. As India progresses this should not be an issue. But I will try not to name the country because most third world countries are equally guilty. We see many Indian friends here because of the economy boom fueled by IT growth and the rapid penetration of Internet in India results in many having Internet connection and hence proportion of Indians here may be large. I would just say that as an observation, third world country adsense publishers do need to be mindful of copyrights and also the fact that Adsense TOS etc, rules are not made to be broken.
