In light of the many questions about how to profit from article marketing / how to start article marketing - I've decided to "spill the beans" on how I've made $800+ (so far) from just 5 articles with Clickbank. I've been making some money on Clickbank by using my own websites and SEOing them to appear at the top of the SERPS but in all honesty - that took lots of work up front and it's pretty hit and miss if you just got for it outright. Instead, what I'm intending to do now is to write articles that solve people's problems. Having sold a bunch of products off the back of 5 articles just recently, I can definitely see this is as a great promotional tool. What's more, it's totally free! Here's what you do: 1. Choose a high gravity & high selling product in Clickbank (http://www.clickbank.com/marketplace/) I learnt this from Chris Rempel; whereby you purposely go after the most popular Clickbank products because they show there is lots of demand and customers in the niche (don't know why I didn't think of it myself but thanks Chris - I've earnt a lot of money from it ) Making money on products with 150+ gravity is EASY because it shows that at least 150 other individual affiliates have done so in the past 8 weeks. Sidenote - it also helps if there are several similar products in that category on the first page of the CB marketplace. This shows the NICHE is huge, not just the product. 2.Discover Big Problems In The Niche You've got to do some research here but I normally just go to http://answers.yahoo.com and search for the market name and see which problems come up a lot. Finding questions & problems that a lot of people need fixing is the KEY to selling products online. If they don't have a need, they won't buy so you've got to make sure that you can sell your product on the back of those problems. 3. Find The Keywords People Are Searching For To Fix Their Problem Just head to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal and type in the problem you've found. One of my next targets is "lose belly fat" and then see which key terms come up. 4. Pick The Most Popular Key Terms & Seek Out Your Opportunity Because you're going to be writing articles for EzineArticles, it pays to check out each of the popular keyterms you've found from the keyword research and then seek out the competition. If the top results in google for the key phrases you've found are packed with high hitting, amazingly SEO'd sites then I would stay away from them. If you see the top results full of the likes of EzineArticles, Squidoo, Zimbio, etc then you know that writing an article will reach one of the top three pages. And if the key term is a popular one then the traffic your article should receive should be very sizeble. 5. Write Your Article Put together an article which solves the reader's problem. Focusing on giving them some basic information upfront of how to do X, Y or Z and then recommend the product that helps them do it easily & quickly. This will entice more people in the "buying mindset" to click through and hopefully part with their cash. 6. Rinse & Repeat If you've heard it before then you know what to do but otherwise - just sit back and wait for the goldmine to start delivering the goods and get writing some more articles! Awesome advice, this is EXACTLY how you SHOULD do article marketing. Just make sure to diversify and not only post to EzineArticles. Pretty much all of the popular web 2.0 sites RANK, and the rank WELL, so take freaking advantage of that. On another note, I just made a test with a completely different landing page format, and I just got the 5 test articles approved... this strategy *could* triple sales, but I'll just have to wait and see. In total it's taken about two weeks but saw my first sale about 2 days after I wrote my first article if I can remember rightly.

I am new to article marketing,once writing an article do I have to re-write it if I want to submit it to another article website? Or Can I just submit the same article to alot of article websites,Thanks for the tips

How do you know I'm not doing this? What you fail to see is that this isn't some magic formula that is going to result in $800 every 5 articles. Most things are hit and miss. You hit it, it works, but you're going to miss as well. It's not like I haven't expounded this advice before. -Find product that is selling -find keywords -write about problems in the niche, and how the product is the solution. -submit articles repeat.
