How effective are Signature Links on DP ???

Hey i always wonder, people do spend quite a few $$ to buy Signature links here on DP. But how effective are they really?

How many of you even notice the Signature Links ... And even if you Notice it, Do you click on them ever ?

I have been on DP from quite some time now(not that long) but never have noticed or clicked on any of the signature links. Thus i had never sold my signature links either. But lately i have been noticing these signature links and i have been directed to quite a few interesting things .

So i would love to know how many people Notice and click on this link. Just as a survey type. Attaching Poll to make it easier.

I've noticed that google hasn't tallied any backlinks to my site from DP.

 

I do click some, and I've read a few threads where people are asking if sig links are effective, the common response is that they do provide a small amount of traffic per week.

 

Signature links are good source of backlinks and in a way they also help in increasing traffic as different people visit through your signature link only.

Well I do notice link and sometimes I click the links if have good text or something good which I like.

 

This month I didn't sell 2 of my links, but used them myself.

I am getting 2-4 clicks everyday for each of my signature.

If I take an average of 3, it would mean 90 clicks a month.

I sell my signature at $15 a month.

This means an advertising cost of 16.67 cents a click.

I think that's a fair cost for targeted clicks.

I notice them but never actually clicked on them on DP before. Most links are mis-leading and well don't interest me at that current time.

What the hell are you talking about? None of the links in my signature have been sold - they are all sites I recommend and/or sites I develop.
