Plsssssssssssssssss clear my doubt

hi!!! everybody my website title is 77 charc long....is it correct or i need to reduce that......if i reduce my title char means is there any problem for my site??? and then now my site keyword content has 19 keywords how much keyword is enough??? if anyone can pls suggest me.............

Well, you could just search a random search term and see how many characters are actually displayed.

 

Title tag = 68 characters With Spaces
Meta Keyword tag = 256 characters With Spaces
Meta Description tag = 156 characters with spaces

Anything beyond will be cropped by GOOGLE.Reduce title to 68 chars.There will be no problem but its suggested to use more effective keywords/major keywords in the title.

Agreed but I don't think that now a days good like keyword tag in our meta, I don't think we need to add this tag also anyway it's my personal opinion

 

Be careful if you are already used 77 charc in your title then 1st make sure that your site have ranking on SERPS if yes then don't do anything with your site title it may hurt your ranking.

Keywords tag can be very useful for Yahoo rankings.

 

I also follow the rule of 65 characters since it is, more or less, the maximum that Google displays. But does title length effect SERP ranking?

If the traffic can come from anywhere, I think it is useful for me whether its Google or Yahoo.

We believe that though the search engines don't weigh keywords as heavily as they used to, they're still important to get right. By using a high number of keywords, it is possible that you are diluting the effect of your most important keywords. We would suggest keeping the keywords to 10 or less. so if i reduce my keyword content means is there any prob for my site???

 

Defiantly if you have ranking on SERPS and then you change your title, keywords or content then it can be harmful for your site ranking site ranking sometime site invisible from SERPS and come back with in week and sometime drop ranking so my advice is if you got ranking on SERPS then don't do anything silly just build backlinks and update your site
