Page won't become Indexed

One of the pages on my site, the one which receives the most traffic does not want to seem to become indexed.
The category page it links from is indexed, and I'm 100% sure that there is no robots/nofollow etc linking to it from the category page.
It's also linked from the index, and the page itself has about 21 backlinks.

I reckon that it has something to do with the pages content - it's an affiliate page, which is only allowed to use the marketing copy which the network provides.
Would this duplicate content have something to do with the page being refused indexation?
Any other suggestions would be great, Thanks.

first of all i wanna say that duplicate content never stop your site to get indexed. Duplicate content pages are indexed by google as i know. That's other thing you wud not get any traffic or any position for key terms of this page.

If your page is not index till now you shud do wait and you cud try some tricks which i mostly use not special just simple ones. Add your page with proper description and title in digg and propeller. Put this page url as signature in forums you use. And if you haven't add this page in sitemap then add it. But i am sure you have this page in sitemap.

These things cud help you lot if you haven't try till now...................

Yes, the site has been submitted to digg and propeller already. As I mentioned, it has 21 do-follow backlinks to it.

dupe content is usually only an issue for internal SEO as far as I know so it must therefore mean that your dupe content doesnt have as many backlinks as the original for it to be removed from the index. The question is how old is the content? It could take 2 weeks to get indexed.

Have you signed up for Google Webmaster Tools? From your account you can see how Google sees your site and submit a sitemap.
