VCC is safe than using real cc . Even if your a/c gets hacked or stolen you dont need to worry about funds

 

I don't agree with your answer. State how using a real credit card will cause bankruptcy. Using a VCC is not safer then using a real credit card when it comes to verifying a PayPal account. Most, if not all credit card companies have protection incase your credit card were to become compromised.

 

If your a/c gets hacked .. (70% paypal a/cs gets hacked) hacker can tranfer funds from cc to his paypal and then cashout to his bank.

And you will go bankrupt.

 

They have protection .. but you must pay them compensation 10% fee and in somecases some banks may take lot of time to get back your charged funds.

I'm assuming that you don't use PayPal and are paranoid about possible theft? Please cite a source for your claims. You say 70% of PayPal accounts hacked which is totally bogus. If that were the case, then PayPal would be long gone out of business. Sure, if such an incident were to happen, PayPal or your credit card issuer would put the transaction on hold, but you would still have protection from that if it were to somehow "slip" through.

 

Please dont assume if you dont have experience. People are selling paypal accounts in IRC for just 10$ ..

Most of the noob accounts gets hacked ... just search of paypal hacked in DP .. u will probably get some idea how many get hacked.

Paypal is not reliable .. paypal will look for their own profit rather than helping you when in trouble.

 

Excuse me? You are the one that is acting like you know everything and throw your opinions and assumptions out like they are a fact, when you don't even have a source to back your claims up. You didn't say if they were hacked accounts or account that were newly created. A lot of things get sold via IRC and other sources which can be peoples personal information, not just PayPal. Believe me, I have experience and knowledge.

I use my bank account in paypal which is good for me ....
I never find any problem in it...

 

Just because Paypal account gets hacked doesnt mean Paypal is unreliable. It has become popular so you will probably find many cases of hacking with Paypal users (although I am sure the frauds/thefts in others like credit cards is no lesser)

Many noobs may not be giving strong passwords, maybe using public computers and may not be securing their computers properly to protect their personal information.

None of these are the resposibility of Paypal and they are legally not liable to help the users if their account gets hacked because of negligence to protect their account. It is like leaving your house door open and then blaming the cops for not helping when burglers loot your house.

But they just limited my account and asked for a cc. Why are they so interested in credit cards? Ain't bank accounts enough?

 

They are making sure that you are using legitimate details and make sure that your address matches. Hence, why people who use VCC's don't make it too far.
