    Hi there,

I would like to pay someone to create a template of a visual basic application for me.

For a project, I am wanting someone to create a VS project file of the following qualities, and I can import the literal files

-Splash screen of a BMP displays for 2-5 seconds with optional wav/mp3 file tone that would play (not loading anything, just cosmetic)

-After splash screen, program opens, all it is is a browser frame that is on a web location that i can specify. That's it.

-Bonus: if possible, all Windows toolbar/titlebar/borders gone, a "chromeless window" I suppose. And a shadow under the window, if you are able to do this, and I only want this if we could eliminate the Windows bars.

If all this was put in a Visual Studio project file for me to mess with, I could specify the url/window size and import the splash screen image/sound.

I used to have a project file just like this that someone made for me for $25, but I lost it. :(

Also, whats the deal with visual basic .NET (2002+ or whatever)... If it is pre-2002 do you not need to install .NET framework to use these .exe's? (That would be nice, but maybe my above specifications require .net framework)

Thanks and let me know if you can help!

Install VB.NET framework , create a new form and drag and drop whatever you like , must be pretty easy.

Not all VB.Net applications require the .NET framework, there is an option that is ticked off automatically if your using VB.Net. What you want can be easily made with VB.

Are you willing someone do standaline application for you which does not require even a single DLL neither any framework (in C or C++), or is it compulsory to do in VB ?

    regards
