Direct deposit inquiry

I'm setting up my direct deposit account.
I don't have any previous experience with direct deposit, thus I need some help so I don't screw up.
Let's start from the top (The lines that are in bold are the problematic ones)

SSN/TAX ID: Not needed for my country so I'm not filling it up, is it neccessary to fill it up?
VAT Number: Where can I obtain the VAT number for my country, and is it necessary to fill it up?
    Payment Method: Direct Deposit
Payment Currency: USD (Because my account is for USD transactions)
    Bank Name: pretty obvious
Account Holder name: Again pretty obvious
Account Number: Should I put my IBAN number?
Routing Number/Sort Code: Should I put the Swift code here?

    What country are you in?

If I was you I'd try to enter the info you think is correct and see if it works before posting a thread. Use your common sense, bro.

I thought about that, however even If I enter the wrong info it will get accepted and when the direct deposit is supposed to be processed the transaction will not go through, that's why I'm asking before filling out the info

I don't know about direct deposit or if it will work. I think it is still not possible for our country (Macedonia). I am using regular check delivery and I just received my first check. I am still looking for a bank to cash it. I am talking about google adsense, right?

I didn't have a clue about Routing Numbers/SWIFT codes etc, so I called my bank (in AU) and they told me straight away.

I don't even know if CJ offer direct deposit to Madedonia, but if they do, just call your bank. That's what they're there for :)

You have to check your bank if they are allow direct deposit. If they do, you can get the money faster and you dont have to fill the tax.

If your local bank has a branch in US then it is possible for direct deposit. One of my local bank has their branch in New York and that helped me a lot for direct deposit inquiry via CJ, Shareasale and Amazon. :)

Uh ok at the bottom of a check has a series of numbers

the one with nine numbers is the routing number
    123456789:2000:00123456789
look a little bit similar some times the 4/3 digit check number can be at the end but lets work with this example
the first set of numbers would be the routing number it is 9 digits
The next set of numbers is the check number and is NOT needed.
the last set is the account number account numbers can vary in how many digits, but 99% of the time will not have 9 digits. When all else fails call or go visit your bank.
