The base is conspicuously absent from Federal publications and inquiries to the government regarding the facility are rejected for reasons of national security. Unlike much of the Nellis range, the area surrounding the lake is permanently off-limits both to civilian and normal military air traffic. Radar stations protect the area, and unauthorized personnel are quickly expelled. Even military pilots training in the NAFR risk disciplinary action if they accidentally stray into the exclusionary "box" surrounding Groom's airspace. Off course the place is off limits, it's a military installation. Most are off limits or have part that are off limits, including restricted airspace. Secrecy doesn't mean aliens, especially with the American Government. They keep too much secret to be able to tell what, if anything, they are hiding.

Yea I know what happened at the Roswell incident...Some aliens decided to get some taco bell, but upon landing, they failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Thus, they were hit by a flying cactus. Autopsy report also shows they were highly intoxicated with alcohol. tsk tsk. Too bad they weren't wearing their seat belts.
Nop, that's one of the places where some trilions of $ go to every year. They have to hide some stuff (all stuff?) because information is power these days... but i trully believe that alot of stuff we see upon us (ufo's?) are man made and Area 51 is a top spot to deliver those machines... Their funding is endless...

I think area 51 is just a military base where they do top secret military testing of different weapons systems and such. As far as aliens are concerned, I don't believe they even exist.
