There have been multiple cases of idiots doing similar things in the US with cars and other vehicles, we just call them murdering assholes, we do not jump to the conclusion that they are 'terrorists'.

I wonder also, I just know that the TERM "Terror" is ones that uses terror to achieve political goals, saboteur.

So for the peoples of Israel I guess is just easy to "throw" the word Terrorist as probably 99% of the cases Palestinian are the executers.

Also, I think I read some where that a Terror organization taked responsibility of the terrorist act.

 

I would assume so, if you want to claim it was a terrorist action and a reason to retaliate.

If the guy just snapped and killed everyone in his path, not for a reason of 'terror' or anything of the sort but just because he snapped it would be very important so you do not use this case as a reason for procedure against anyone else, retaliation, etc.
