Best GeoTargetting script?

    Hello

    I am a proxy owner I want to redirect my Iran UAE China traffic to a different site.
    Currently I am using Hostip.info as it is free.
    But it is not that accurate and many visitors are escaping.

    Is there any other open script as this one.

    Also recommend the best paid one also.

    I would recommend OpenX (formerly OpenAds and phpMyAds before that) along with the free IP database from MaxMind.

    Is these anything similar to hostip.info hosted geotargetting solutions ?
    such a big db will make everything slow
