for a web page , it should not be more than 3-4%
keyword density for meta tags::
description tag:: maximum 3-4 keywords
Keywords tag:: maximum 10 keywords

 

Make Sure:
1. All Pages have a keywords meta tag
2. It is good to make sure your pages have a description meta tag
3. All your pages have a clear title that describes the page's content

I try and stick to about 10 keywords per page

3- forum posting
4- blog posting
