We are not really in the business of managing servers. My guess is you'll find other places less expensive in that regard. If we do do it, you can expect about $200/mo. for this service. Yes, we do. But unfortunately Optigold, the product we use (a Digital Point product) for billing does not accept this method in the sign up process. Therefore we would take your order manually.
