    [URGENT]How can i call paypal from India now?

    my account reached its upper money limit?
    And I have clients waiting to pay.
    They want utility bill but how can i give it to them now as its 12 midnight on my side.
    The number which they have given on their site doesnt seem to work from here.Are do i need to add any code to it?

    Just submit your documents like Bank Statement, Phone Bill etc. I had a conversation with them on their customer service.

    u can call paypal but paypal will ask your document to send, paypal wont accept a reason that u dont have a scanner

    My PayPal got limited a year ago, I faxed them what they wanted and it was resolved in 24 hours. Good luck..

    It seems that PayPal is trying to limit every account before getting the documents from users.

    You cannot call from your airtel mobile because you dont get the ISD calling facility in your sim by default in INDIA.

    So you have to either take that service extra from the provider or make a call from an ISD booth ...
