How to boost every page on my site?

Aloha,

I have a site with around 500 pages. 3 of the pages have recently received a lot of links pointing at them*, but the rest of the pages have just 0-5 links

Will the 3 super pages automatically boost all the other pages on the site (i.e. make them rank for their keyword) - or do I need to do something for the rest of the pages as well?

Most of pages tries to rank for keywords with a competition between 50,000 and 100,000.

I believe my internal linking structure is good (sidebar, breadcrumbs and keyword anchor texts everywhere).

you can try deep link building from Social Bookmarking and inner link directories.

 

If the content of other page has good structure of content using it's targeted keywords it's possible to rank in SERP. BUT if you also prefer them to rank well internal linking and get links pointing to them is better.

 

personally I would work on your onpage optimisation. Try to add some more keywords into your articles and ensure these keywords are also in your title tag. This will only have a positive effect on their overall ranking.

try deep links on Social book markings , blogs, forums and blog directories....

 

Build 20 backlinks for each page and work on internal linking.

 

If you have gud interlinking and gud navigation for deep pages then there is no need for do some thing for inner pages. Give concentration on home page and with the time all pages wud get their position.

Do one thing more importantly just submit a sitemap in google webmaster.

As you mention that ur competition in between 50,000 to 1,00,000 so i believe that keywords are not so competitive if they are not related to real estate or travel.

So just do work for home page if you have gud interlinking and gud navigation for deeplinks..................

 

Hi mads, you can build links for your other subpages.. submit them to dirs (who accept inner pages). do article submission and make sure on the resources, you have your different sub domains. social bookmark it, even putting them onto your forum sigs alternately. there's gotta be a lot of ways.

 

Thanks for all the replies. I totally agree that it's difficult to get deep links - hopefully Google agrees about that too, so they will make all my pages rank

All my pages have nice internal links pointing at them - the internal links have anchor texts containing the relevant keywords, so do the page titles, headers, etc.

 

Make your 3 super pages to rank well on their targeted KWs; meanwhile, make your other pages gain more links; have a deep link directory submissions, use their anchor text as your signatures in forums like this.

 

If you always give good content via ur site... ur site will rank whenever you add updated content there
