Okay, sorry for the caps - but I have a very very troubling and urgent problem that needs to be resolved. I had created a paypal account when I was still in the states .. and used my address there. I had also gotten some funds to this account ( personal without bank verification ) about 400 bucks.. but I just recently moved to Canada and I realized hey - I want to withdraw this amount of money. HOWEVER I cannot add a bank card here in canada to paypal account with a different address .. and I cannot change the country / make a new address. SO I am forced to delete this account and recreate a new account. BUT I still have 400 dollars in it .. so here's my BIG PROBLEM. I need to send money out of account so I can close it- but I have no way of sending the money if I cannot add a bank account onto it ( in canada ), to raise my sending limits. I NEED HELP PLEASE! and please no .. "oops then you are screwed" comments, because I know I am already. Jason
just make a new account and transfer the money to that one or make a payment link and pay yourself using that account with your money!
You dont need to send it just make a new account and make sure you make it a business account with canadian info and then use the merchant tools to make a buy it now for $400 and then launch that as you normally would and use your old account to pay. Simple!
Wait .. but isn't paying for something the same as sending something? so I can still buy something even if my sending limit is $0.00? you have just given me a ray of hope .. Jason
You can only withdraw your amount at USA bank account of your friends or you need to verify your account. At the moment, I think you can't do anything I guess. If you really want to close that account then use VCC with real information. So once your account verify and you can transfer the funds. Again provide all real information with cards. I know it is illegal in some way but it help you because you need to close your account.
Sending limits have nothing to do with payments, when my account was not verified and I had a $0.00 sending limit this is what I did to get my money.

Call PayPal and maybe ask them for some solutions they can figure out for you...I memorized the number from calling them so much 1-888-221-1161...Good luck
