So guys, DO you think a man who has succeded in life should pay an alimony to a slutty wife after the divorce ? Do you think this is justice ?
Really all depends on a lot of things, there's no one answer for me. The main point is that the man still loved that slutty wife at one time to marry her in the first place.
Wife ......... If i had kids of course i would pay ,i would alimony to them ... The point is :Imagine your life screwed with an abject homeless beggar.You are successful man and you have to pay this slut .....for what ? And the worst is that you may have to split all your fortune.Imagine you have worked so hard to achieve this and now have to split it with a whore....
I'm against partner alimony unless the relationship was abusive and the wife never got the chance to build a career or her only responsibility was to stay at home and look after the kids. Try to stop with the name calling, referring to a wife as whore or slut won't solve anything.
I only agree with paying alimony to an certain extent. Kids are involved with out a doubt pay up sucka. No kids involved then the story changes. I see no reason for a spouse not to obtain a job and be completely self sufficient in a marriage. Except for certain circumstances that may have prevented her from doing such a thing.

That's not something worth putting on a CV. The man would have had all the opportunities to work and build a career when the woman would have to start over. That doesn't mean I'm for those women that only want to profit off a relationship but it's important to keep in mind that when a woman spends time raising kids they can't work on their career at the same time and gaps in a CV are not something to proud of. Besides, sometimes women have to pay alimony to their husbands.
you should define cv for those not in the know. are you saying work-at-home opportunities don't work? I saw on tv this couple made $50,000 a month just from working at home. explain that.
Eh, alimony is part of getting married in certain states, countries, counties... If you don't want to pay it, make sure to check into the laws before you get married....or make sure that your spouse makes more money than you!
I do not believe in alimony, I think its the biggest rip-off of all time. Women are just as capable of earning a salary as a man is. I would never for a moment consider marrying a woman who refused to sign a pre-nuptial. Theres lots of women out there who will fool a guy into marriage just so she can divorce him later and live off of his labors the rest of her life. Seen it happen far too often. Women are equal to men right? They can hold high paying jobs, serve as combatants in the armed forces, and do any kind of job a man does, so why can't men file for alimony? Fairs fair or isn't it? (rant off!)
I am of the opinion that alimony is essential if the partner is financially challenged after the divorce
I think that it should only be paid if there are kids and if she helped you become successful, or if you did the cheating, but if it was her then NO

pay her so you won't have an attachment with her after. make sure that you have a lawyer that will witness and do the documents of your payment.
