Trying to decide between three hosts.

I am setting up a website and I am looking at three hosts: WebHostingPad, BlueHost and HostMonster. Can anyone tell me which one of these is the best? I won't need lots of space/bandwidth so I would be looking for good support, uptime and speed.

Out of the 3 I have only used webhostingpad before and am pretty satisfied with its uptime and speed.
